Return eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Gift cards and products delivered more than 30 days before the return request are not eligible for return.

How to request a return

Submit a support request with:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to return
• A brief description of the reason for your return

If your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for returning your item.

Refunds

• Eligible online purchases are refunded to the original payment method.
• If you purchased your product directly from a Skin Clique provider, we recommend contacting your provider first. They may be able to help with product selection or recommendations, though you may also initiate a return by sbumitting a support request. Provider purchases are eligible for store credit when returned within 30 days.
