Freezing Your Membership

Memberships can only be frozen for documented medical reasons and for a maximum of 9 months.

When You Can Freeze Your Membership

• Memberships can be frozen for up to 9 months due to documented medical reasons that prevent you from receiving treatments from Skin Clique.

• The end date of your membership term will be extended by the length of the freeze.

While Frozen

• No membership perks or Beauty Bucks can be redeemed.

• Memberships cannot be upgraded or cancelled during a freeze.

How to Request a Freeze

Email hello@skinclique.com with:

1. Your full name

2. The duration of the requested freeze

3. Relevant medical documentation

Once approved, your monthly payments and Beauty Bank accruals will pause until your membership automatically resumes at the end of the freeze period.
