An active membership means your monthly payments are current, your Beauty Bank is growing, and you have full access to all membership benefits!

What Active Status Means

When your membership is active:

• Your monthly payment is processing successfully each month.

• Beauty Bucks are deposited into your Beauty Bank on your scheduled payment date.

• You have access to all discounts, perks, and promotions included in your membership tier (Clique Core or Clique Pro).

• You can book and complete treatments or purchase skincare using your Beauty Bucks at any time.

How to Maintain Active Status

• Ensure your payment method on file is current and has sufficient funds on your payment date.

• Keep your account information up to date — if you receive a new card, email hello@skinclique.com with your new details so our team can update your payment method.

• Stay within your membership’s 12-month term or renewal period without an early termination request.

Key Notes

• Your payment date is based on the date you signed up for your membership and cannot be changed.

• Beauty Bucks accrue monthly and never expire while your membership is active.

Example:
If your payment date is the 12th of each month and your card is current, you’ll see your Beauty Bank increase by your membership amount on the 12th and continue enjoying all your member perks.
