I forgot to add my Gift With Purchase (GWP)

Summary: During a Gift With Purchase (GWP) promotion, the free gift must be added to your cart before checkout at shop.skinclique.com. It cannot be added after your order has been placed.

Did You Forget to Add It?

1. Check your order confirmation email first. The GWP may already be included — look for it in your order summary before reaching out.
2. If it wasn't included, submit a support request with your full name and order number.

Our team will review your order. If you're eligible, we'll ship your GWP separately once all orders have been processed by our warehouse — please allow a little extra time for delivery.

A Few Things to Know

• The GWP must be added during checkout — it cannot be applied after an order is submitted.
• GWP promotions are available while supplies last. If a GWP has sold out, a substitute may be offered.
• Separately shipped GWPs may take a few extra days to arrive after your main order.
