What is the Beauty Bank?

Your Beauty Bank stores the Beauty Bucks you earn through your membership. Every month, your membership payment is deposited dollar-for-dollar into your account, ready to be used whenever you choose.

How It Works

• Automatic deposits: Each month, your membership payment is added to your Beauty Bank as Beauty Bucks.

• Dollar-for-dollar value: $1 paid = $1 Beauty Buck.

• Flexible use: Spend Beauty Bucks on any treatment or skincare product with Skin Clique.

• Never lose value: Beauty Bucks never expire while your membership is active and remain available for 2 years after cancellation (though they stop accruing once your membership ends).

• Non-transferable: Only you can use your Beauty Bucks.

Payment Dates

• Your payment date is based on the date you joined your membership.

• Payments process automatically on that same date each month.

• Payment dates cannot be changed once set.

Checking Your Balance

You can check your Beauty Bank balance anytime by:

1. Logging into your patient profile on the Skin Clique website.

2. Selecting your account or profile section.

3. Viewing your Beauty Bank balance listed in your Membership details.

Updating Your Payment Method

• If your card changes or expires, email hello@theskinclique.com to update your default payment method.

• Memberships with failed payments will be suspended until the balance is paid in full.

• All missed payments must be processed in full to reinstate your membership.

Example:
If you signed up on the 10th of the month, your payment will be drafted on the 10th every month and the amount will be added to your Beauty Bank that same day.
